We have been part of the Giraffe Childcare Balgowlah community for four years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The educators and staff are exceptionally caring, professional and highly trained.
One thing that really stands out is the incredibly low staff turnover. In the four years we’ve been here, very few staff members have left unlike other daycares. This consistency has allowed our daughter to build strong, trusting relationships with her educators, who genuinely care about her wellbeing.
The Centre Director is fantastic. She is caring, approachable and genuinely hands-on. She helps across all classrooms, knows every child by name, and is deeply invested in creating a nurturing environment for both children and families. Our daughter is now in preschool there, and we have been so impressed with the learning program. The educational content is clearly communicated to parents, and the teachers are always approachable and happy to discuss our daughter’s day, development and learning progress. Choosing a daycare is one of the biggest decisions parents make, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found Giraffe Balgowlah.
